After launching Over The Air — IoT, Connected Devices & The Journey, with another podcast service provider, Ryan and the Very were looking for more strategic direction.

They decided to team up with Fame and set the ambition to become the #1 most downloaded IoT podcast.

Fame took on production responsibilities and then started off by creating a measuring framework for success... how will we know if we're the most downloaded IoT podcast?

Once this was set in stone, Fame started working through the Six Pillars of Podcast Promotion to start moving the show up the rankings. For example, try google "best iot podcasts" and see how many of the top 10 results include Over the Air :)

We aren't the most downloaded show in IoT yet... but we are making strong progress 📈
